Hello again, Jillian: 30 Day Shred

Do you know who Jillian Michaels is? I bet you have at least heard of her. Being the most inspiring personal trainer ever, in her exercise videos she brings forward the most exquisite torture methods the humankind has ever known. Guess what? I'm up for a challenge again, and this time, I won't quit until I have mastered every single freakin' move of those circuits. Beginner version in the least.

As my starting point, I have chosen her famous "30 Day Shred". She has many more exercise videos which I absolutely love and hate at the same time but this one has been made to shed fat and tone the whole body, fast. And it does the job. It kills you but it does the job.

The Goal: Be able to do the beginner moves of 30DS (level 3) by the end of April without stopping.
The Plan: One rest day a week, at least three days a week of double workouts (30DS + cardio)
